Where Is Peter Rabbit™? springs into the West End

Beatrix Potter’s beloved creatures will come to life this April in a magical musical spectacular.

Beatrix Potter’s famous character, Peter Rabbit, is bound for London. Get ready to enter his magical world in Where Is Peter Rabbit™? which opens at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on 3 April 2019.

An enchanting production that’s perfect for all ages, the show will offer the chance to see all the favourite characters brought to life through beautifully handcrafted puppets. Everyone from mischievous Peter Rabbit to friendly-but-foolish Jemima Puddle Duck will be on stage. Fans will even get to watch Mrs Tiggy-Winkle while she does all the washing and ironing for the other animals. Just be sure to keep an eye out for ferocious Mr McGregor, who’s intent on guarding his vegetable garden from hungry rabbits in search of juicy lettuce.

Where Is Peter Rabbit™? will arrive in the capital ahead of Easter. The new production features 14 original songs with lyrics by prolific British playwright Sir Alan Ayckbourn. Packed with joy, the show promises captivating music and delightful dancing.

Where Is Peter Rabbit™? will also feature some legendary voiceovers. Listen for BAFTA Award-winning national treasure Miriam Margoyles, known for her appearances in the Harry Potter films and TV’s Call the Midwife, and Olivier Award-winning Griff Rhys Jones, famed for his BBC comedy sketch work along with a host of other TV programmes and theatrical productions.

Where Is Peter Rabbit™? will run at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket from 3 – 28 April 2019. Passed down by each generation to the next, Potter’s Tales are celebrated by everyone from the young to young-at-heart, and this new production looks to take the imagination hopping to new heights.
